# Mansa Terms of Service

Welcome! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mansa mobile application and related services (“Mansa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using Mansa, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

## 1. Eligibility & Account Registration

– You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
– You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
– You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.

## 2. Service Overview

Mansa enables users in Africa to:
– Shop from global online stores
– Make secure payments via virtual cards
– Use a personal European shipping address
– Access package forwarding and parcel tracking
– Top up wallets using supported mobile money solutions

Some features or partners may have additional requirements.

## 3. Acceptable Use

– Use Mansa only for lawful purposes as described in these Terms and the app.
– Do not misuse, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Mansa’s services, systems, or other users.
– Do not use Mansa for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or to violate applicable laws.

## 4. Payments, Shopcard, & Wallet

– Top up your Mansa wallet using approved mobile money services.
– Transfer funds to your Shopcard (virtual USD card) as permitted within Mansa.
– All fees (transaction, card activation, shipping) are as displayed in-app and subject to change.
– You are responsible for verifying transaction details and having sufficient wallet balance.
– Refunds and chargebacks are subject to our policies and provider agreements.

## 5. Shipping, Parcel Forwarding, and Pickup

– International orders are shipped to your assigned EU address, then forwarded to your chosen African pickup point.
– Mansa acts as an intermediary for logistics and is not responsible for delays or loss outside its control.
– Shipments may be subject to customs, taxes, or other regulatory restrictions.
– Unclaimed packages at pickup points may be returned or discarded after the stated period.

## 6. Data Privacy & Security

– Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
– Sensitive details (e.g. card numbers) are never stored locally and only shared with partners as necessary for service delivery.
– By linking Gmail or other services, you consent to data access for order management.

## 7. User Content and Communications

– You may communicate with support via in-app chat.
– Do not post, upload, or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful material.
– Feedback you provide may be used by Mansa to improve the platform.

## 8. Third-Party Services

– Mansa partners with external providers for payments, virtual cards, parcel forwarding, and in-app chat.
– Your use of such integrated services is subject to third-party terms where applicable.
– Mansa is not liable for issues arising from these partners’ actions outside its direct control.

## 9. Suspension & Termination

– We may suspend or terminate your access to Mansa, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
– You may delete your account via the app at any time.
– Outstanding transactions, fees, or obligations remain due after termination.

## 10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

– Mansa provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access.
– To the extent permitted by law, Mansa is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.
– Your use of international shipping or payment features is at your own risk.

## 11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our product or regulations change. We will notify you of material changes within the app or by email. Continued use of Mansa after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.
